1-2-1 weekly check-ins
If you're not assessing you're guessing. Gathering data and using specific methods of measuring progress allows us to gauge whether you're making progress at the intended rate

monthly coaching calls
Monthly Calls with your Coach to touch base, iron out any struggles, answer any questions, and ensure you are progressing at the appropriate rate towards your goals. If you are struggling with anything, you won’t be for long when you have your coaching accelerator call, to push you in the right direction

educational reading series
Don't just get amazing results, learn about them too. I'll not only coach you but educate you along the way with my Educational hub to help get you up to speed with the fundamentals of Nutrition, Training and Mindset.

Have razor-sharp accountability, so you always have someone to report to, feedback to, and will overview your week, and feedback to you - Only having yourself to be accountable is tough, so avoid the stopping and starting all the time, by being accountable to someone other than yourself.
